Our Driving Force

International Research and Outsourcing Services (IROS) was set up by Asim Srivastav, who works at IROS in the capacity of its Managing Director.

Asim is an active member of the European Society for Market Research (ESOMAR) and has over 31 years of experience, 26 years of which have been in the Marketing Research industry. He also has experience in the sphere of business consulting and worked for 3 years in the Strategy Division of an international business consulting firm in India. He also had a brief 2.0 year stint in product management

Prior to setting up IROS, Asim worked with leading Market Research agencies, both in India and in the Middle East. He was the head of Research International (UAE) for 6.5 years before deciding to set up his own venture.

Asim has worked closely with numerous blue-chip clients such as Unilever, Masterfoods, Fonterra, Cadbury’s. Kimberly Clark, Boots, Barclay’s Bank, Saudi American Bank/ Citibank, ABN Amro, Holden Motors/ General Motors, Ford Motors, General Mills, Booz Allen Hamilton, McKinsey & Co a well as global research agencies such as Zogby Research Services, Kantar, Nielsen, GfK, to name a few.

He has worked extensively in the Middle East, Africa & Asia for the past 24 years. He continues to be deeply involved in projects being undertaken by IROS across the globe, besides spear-heading efforts to cover new, emerging markets
